6/28: 83.55kg, Fat 19.6%, Muscle 63.75kg, Water 60.3%
6/29: 82.55kg, Fat 22.3%, Muscle 60.80kg, Water 56.4%
Results: Weight loss, Fat gain, Muscle loss, Water loss

Will require more electrolytes to keep water high obviously. Will measure up an estimated doze tomorrow and see what happens. Urine no longer foamy. There is a balance to learn here somehow.

Ate meat 5am-noon. Bicycle and weights.

Consider going back to one meal a day to break through this plateau. May have to go really hard to get under 80kg and stay there.
182.0 lb Lost so far: 101.7 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 15.4 lb a week
