.....I don't buy what my scale is saying. I feel like I look a bit better than I have. Admittedly, I did gain two pounds when I went and visited friends from out of state a few weeks back, but I've come back and gotten back on my diet and exercise regiments....

The only possibilities I can think of for the numbers not moving are:

1. Water weight - I made stir-fry two nights ago with lots of teriyaki sauce, and have been drinking water like crazy due to the heat.

2. Possible muscle gain from the Crunch Yoga/Pilates blend thing I've been using. The program has gotten a bit easier for me....

In any case, I received my MyoTape body tape measure in the mail yesterday, and will probably get around to using it after work tomorrow to get a different way of calculating outside of traditional BMI.
177.8 lb Lost so far: 10.2 lb.    Still to go: 30.8 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
