recording this small loss. once we had our super stressful week which was supposed to be vacation, 18 hours on the road in one day when we were expecting around 12... we ate badly for a bit. more focused again now, but we still have a whole bunch of stress to deal with, and it does make putting effort into cooking, or even eating, difficult.

just finished phase 1 of 80 Day. my 2nd time through but first time trying to be really good about food. I'm excited to be back on track with 80 day after all the traveling around, stuck in the car many days.

small losses add up to big ones so I have to take what I can get.
164.4 lb Lost so far: 12.9 lb.    Still to go: 19.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
