I'll need to try harder to really get back to my maintenance weight. It's tempting to think it doesn't matter, but if I accept this little gain, then next time I go away there'll be another little gain, and so it goes. Thankfully I have stopped feeling ravenous all the time, and I'm back to regular portions on meals. Now I just need to cut out of some of the little extras that I'm eating just because I fancy them.
133.9 lb Lost so far: 9.1 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.2 lb a week
