Went out for Ribs yesterday and the rest is history. Could have been a perfect record weight-loss week but enjoyed the ribs (700g weight-gain) so ah well I picked my fruit.
223.5 lb Lost so far: 116.2 lb.    Still to go: 31.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
