Jun 23: 81.80kg, Fat 25.3%, Muscle 57.90kg
Jun 24: 82.05kg, Fat 25.5%, Muscle 58.00kg
Results: Weight gain, Fat gain, Muscle gain

Note: Ate meat 6-12am. No exercise.
Had a hungry day and ate more than usual.

Just recall I had a can of liverwurst, that made me more hungry. Suspect it contained 'thickening' agents of some sort that may have messed with my hunger signals. Will have to run my diet more free from experimental foods.
180.9 lb Lost so far: 102.8 lb.    Still to go: 8.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 4.6 lb a week

CrashtestDawnie :) lol. Yes, it is science for me currently. That last bit of fat loss has proven very challenging. At no time in my lifetime have I been lean, and that is now my goal. Hope the investment in time and effort can build a solid foundation for a lean life in my future.
