Not questioning a green arrow. Happy Saturday! Going to get a massage and maybe try to see a movie at the theater this weekend. Ignoring the pain for now and hoping that the massage will rejuvenate me.
248.5 lb Lost so far: 48.5 lb.    Still to go: 83.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
