I plan to fast as long as I can today.
After being out of the house most of the week, we are house sitting my dads house and taking care of my step moms 20 pets 😳 and I babysat two days, also spent many hours at the salon getting my lashes and hair done...
My house looks like a tornado hit and then someone tried to rob us 😳😱😩🤣😭🤪 I feel like I am the only person here who cleans or puts anything away... going to be recycling and donating a lot of stuff today!!! Keeping busy does help me diet though!!! 👍

143.0 lb Lost so far: 24.7 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

@jimmie I’m sipping black coffee... it’s not enjoyable 😩 But I do know that a good fast always helps me in my journey!! Shrinks my stomach, makes me practice self control and really listen to my body. If I start to feel icky or weird I do break fast and eat if my Sole HPS water solution or black coffee aren’t helping me. I really should have weighed myself the day I got home from camping... would have made this week seem more successful, which always motivates me!
