keto keeping my total carbs @20 , my body will fat adapt! I won't give it a choice! Take that fat! I'm going to try cycling my calories along with IF. Seems natural to me. have a great Saturday
189.5 lb Lost so far: 40.5 lb.    Still to go: 64.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You got this!!! Today is day 4 of my 4 hour eating window. I was only going to do 3 but I drank like a fish last night, so one more day. My keto stix are dark purple and I feel thinner!! No scale until Tuesday, but I really feel good!! If I can do it, you can do it!!!! xo

Kimberlie that's awesome! Ive been purple all month. I feel like crap though. I know something isn't right with me. Going to get thyroid panel Monday. But good news, I swam laps today! That felt nice! Till tomorrow!

Let me know how your test goes. In March I had an MRI on my neck because of hand pain. One of the things it showed was a nodule on my Thyroid so my GP ordered an Ultra Sound. Turns out I have 2. She said retest in a year. :/ Good for you treating yourself to a swim!!! Enjoy your night!!!
