Finally lost some damn weight! Vigorous work out yesterday, and only ate 700 calories in a 4 hour window... but that’s just not sustainable :(
177.6 lb Lost so far: 31.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I’m not functioning well with so few calories. Cravings yesterday and terrible brain fog today. I feel so lethargic. I ended up going to work 4 hours early(at7am) this morning and didn’t even notice until my 2nd manager mentioned me working till 7! I don’t know what I’m going to end up eating today. I had planned on eating late afternoon when I got home. Someone called out so I’ll be standing at the register for the next 4 hours so no way to get my heart rate up. Today is just going a horribly :(

I don't know how many calories your were having before, I understand that the 1st week on less than 800 calories is a shock but after that first week you stop feeling the hunger pains, I have been eating between 700-800 calories for 2 months and I don't find it difficult most of the day. The easiest for me it has been having diet products 2 x a day (200 calories each) and then a home made to meal of 350-400 calories. In that way I just have to think what to eat once a day. I'm using Diet Now products and so far they are the best ones of that type I have tried. I will reintroduce more cooked at home meals in a month.

Apantoja I was eating 1000 cals a day give or take a couple hundred but Now that I’m doing Intermittent Fasting it’s much harder on me since the amount I’m eating has to last me all day.

I got to get off the register and it made such a difference! I got to leave early too! I logged 13k steps in 9 hours and I fasted for 23 hours!

You're doing great! You've lost a good amount, so something has been working. Feeling bad is not good. Figuring out this stuff is work! It can get frustrating, but you're good health is worth it. Hope it gets easier. 😊
