Trying to get back on track....not as hard as I thought. I have not had any real strong cravings lately. Still sometimes crave sweets, but i have been trying to eat a bowl of cereal instead of candy or cookies, etc. Need to get more fresh fruit in the house. Will try to stay on top of exercise more this week.
214.4 lb Lost so far: 0.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1544 kcal Fat: 60.10g | Prot: 65.05g | Carb: 187.54g.   Breakfast: dole crushed pineapple, lean pockets. Lunch: oroweat honey wheat bread, hot dog, beef ribs. Dinner: dole fruit cup, deli fresh turkey, natures own whole wheat sandwich rolls. Snacks/Other: quacker cheddar rice cakes, quacker granola bar, nabisco cinnamon graham crackers. more...
