Hello FatSecret. It's been a while. And what I didn't want to happen, happened. I'm back in the 130s. 131 to be exact. I got down to 122 for one day, and then a few months of not working out happened. My fault, I know. Now I need to get back with the program. Let's see if I can. I've been trying to get back on the horse, but it's been hard. Kids not sleeping and other things kept me exhausted; and since I knew exhaustion and I don't workout well together, I stopped trying for a while. I managed to get a short workout in last week, but I couldn't do all of the reps. That was about 4 days ago. I need to get back into consistency mode. I'm hoping that getting back on here helps me with that. Unfortunately, my 2 year old decided to do the wake up and scream for a few hours thing last night, and so now I REALLY have to force myself to workout. Gosh it's going to be a long day. I'm trying to get back into drinking my Visalus shakes as well. Drinking one right now. Some encouragement and advice (as to how to get back and stay on the proverbial horse) would be great (and is much needed). I feel like a sorry, lazy, poor excuse for a mom and wife right now. Where is my energy? And where is my self-motivation? ugh....

BREAKFAST: Visalus Shake (Banana mix-in, shake mix, frozen mango cubes, 1/4 c. orange juice, 1/2-3/4 of a bottle of water...and no ice because I ran out.)
LUNCH:
DINNER: Homemade Potato Soup (potatoes, carrots, onions, garlic, water, Better Than Bouillon, cream, dried parsley, dried crushed bay leaf, garlic salt, black pepper, half a package of bacon) and Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
DESSERT: 2 Hershey Kisses
