Happy Monday.

A little upswing after Father's day fun. This the scale will be back down for Wednesday's weigh in.

Make it count everyone.
216.4 lb Lost so far: 25.6 lb.    Still to go: 16.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm sipping H2O now since 7 am in my THERMOS and I am down 2 lbs in 2 weeks. My return to logging foods, thrice a week FS weight log entries and major, major change in my behaviors will show. You watch me. I got this.

Went way over the calories yesterday! I am going to really try to push myself to get in more than 3 miles of walking after work. It's supposed to be warming up here.
