Well I'm not sick today but did sleep in a bit. This is great. Have been trying to record my food over the weekend as best a possible. I am going away for a week on Tues so want to be in a good position as I will be unable to measure all my portions and it will be difficult to record food while I am away. Feel I am making good progess and pray this vacation doesn't shoot me back up to 170 again.
166.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 10.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
