Same weight on old and new scale. I expected a loss today. Will have to see if any of these change tomorrow.
Water:51.8%, Fat:26.0%, Muscle:58.2, BMI:26.0
182.8 lb Lost so far: 101.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
