Well I’m back to 170. Idk what is happening, other than it’s an afternoon weight during my period. I’ve been thinking, I might start weighing myself once a week. Because I’m getting pretty upset by the scale. I’m trying to be happy with my body, but I really don’t like that number. ***old ways of disordered thinking****
