So excited-- 1.8 pounds lost this week. I'm surprised and amazed, because my home scale said I was 206 this morning, and Weight Watchers weighed me at 204.6. I truly was flabbergasted when they told me I'd lost, and asked them to check again!

Hmm. . . .could it truly be time to ditch my home scale? I can't bring myself to do it, because before this week, my own scale and the Weight Watchers scales were within 0.4 pounds of each other. So why the weird anomaly today?

I'm hopeful, though, because I ate out 2x this week, blew through all my flex points over the weekend, and still lost! Yay!

OH, and although I've lost nearly 10 pounds since I started on my own back in January, I have lost 6 since starting WW meetings. I got my 5 pound star today!
204.6 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 34.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Awesome loss this week! I find that happens all the time... when you have a splurge and then eat "normal" right after it gives the metabolism a shot and helps you lose more weight. That's why I don't have any reservations this time around about going out for dinner or a party on the weekend or whatever. I just keep it within points and enjoy! Have a great day and keep on enjoying yourself!

good for you. sometimes the more we eat and dont think we lost we do.and getting that 5lb star that makes it worth it. keep up the good work.
