No change with the scales today, yeah!!

Back to the Calorie & Rep Counting process.

Fun Exercises this morning:
AMRAP (3 minutes x 3 Rounds)
• BB Power Clean/Sumo Pulls 3x
•HR push-ups 6x
•Air Squats 9x

Finish w/Back Squats 5 Rounds
178.2 lb Lost so far: 14.8 lb.    Still to go: 10.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
