Wasn't a good week. The pizza and raspberry pie did me in. I savored every bite of the pie. I will do better this week. Off to the casino tomorrow. Another challenge, but am learning to conquer it. My desert will be a half slice of their carrot cake which I love. I can't pass it up but can have a half slice.
198.2 lb Lost so far: 7.8 lb.    Still to go: 38.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
