I had one heck of a day yesterday...and I paid for it with a sunburn, a belly full of food and an increase on the scale. How apropo was it that my Great Dane pee'd all over my scale last night while I slept?
You know what? It's OK! This isn't a race but a marathon and I intend to finish, and finish a victor! There were multiple silver linings throughout the day and trust me...the old me would have finished the container of ice cream and the other 2 McDonald's apple pies. I drank 5 pints of water from 5:30pm to 11pm, when my body craved even more food. Lastly, I noticed that my inner cravings for bingeing no longer hold power over me and their taste isn't in control of me anymore!
Today, the journey continues...
