Leaving 300 in the dust. No alcohol for 2 weeks. No binge eating for 2 weeks. Food diary kept very accurately. Started diet at 362 lbs on 8-24-09. Average loss just under 2 lbs a week. This is starting to feel like a normal routine - no longer a diet. Keep it up - I can do this !!!!!!!
