Diddlee's Journal, 09 June 2018

Felt like taking a break yesterday, and had one drink. Got a relaxing buzz, followed by a lack of interest in disiplin.
This morning the 'I only loose time by taking a diet break' mindset fortunately win, so back to the program I go. Try anyway.
182.1 lb Lost so far: 101.6 lb.    Still to go: 10.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.5 lb a week

Suspect the 85% chocolate I bought a couple of days ago to be the direct cause of loosing track. Got rid of it this morning, and it's left to see what happens. Hope I can gain focus again by doing so.

Thanks jimmiepop. Seems like three weeks with the same food and routine do get a bit tiresome. Will change it up somewhat, and check scale feedback. Maybe three weeks loss, and one week maintenance could work. Will see.

Here to wish you a HAPPY ANNIVERSARY. You have my congrats for a successful year. Keep up the great work. I myself have been very happy with progress and today realized that my brain is trying to upset that. Never let your brain take over if you can help it. Today I have new purpose.
