keeping my calories a little lower is really helping it go faster! finding a meal plan for the week that keeps me happy at 1300-1400 calories is key. i think I'm going to repeat this week's meal plan next week because it was so enjoyable and gave such great drops...if it's not broken don't fix it, right? lol
217.0 lb Lost so far: 56.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
