slowly it starts to creep back. thought I was doing pretty good at maintaining right now, but maybe not. I am going to try to start recording what I eat again. I SHOULD be walking, but I can come up with a million excuses. About half are good. Need to stay under 170 for now.
171.8 lb Lost so far: 28.4 lb.    Still to go: 9.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
