Good Morning Everyone, Today is the second day I will say I am back on my journey to fight my addiction to food. I got on the scale and was not surprise I had gain so much weight. But as long as I have breathe in my body I will reach my gold one day at a time. Let me get dress I have an appointment at 9am.
359.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 159.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
