Phew! Finally getting back down.! :o)
229.6 lb Lost so far: 7.4 lb.    Still to go: 9.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Dude! What is up with the diet? 5171 calories? Way too much for anyone, unless your loading again for another round. Got to cut the calories to cut the fat!
