I ate supper late and "Poorly" at 120% of goal. I grilled some huge t-bone steaks and we snacked while watching the NBA Championship game. I did meet all activity goals for the first time since returning home due to trying to catch up on yard work. I'm still trying to get my body clock reset to east coast time...
156.6 lb Lost so far: 28.4 lb.    Still to go: 1.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
