Well working 15 hour days on set (in a melbourne autumn heat wave?) took it's toll. The motel rooms they gave us had sweet biscuits 24-7, and the crew were fed Lots of lollies to keep them going all day.

Have told partner i will stop complaining about being fat and home bound with baby.......i know it's a luxury to some, and one i couldn't afford when i was a single mother....but i said "ok, i'm not looking for work for 6 weeks, all i want to do is exercise, diet, and be mum" he was so happy.

So dispite getting my period yesterday i did low carb all day, and dispite feeding baby during the night and the heat i'm going to exercise today....

So if my weight doesn't start going down i after today i will streak naked through the streets (wobble wobble)........

Baby waking up.....
176.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.8 lb a week

YOU can DO IT! Being a stay at home mom is hard work!! You have to be sure to plan to get out of the house and have a break. Pre-plan your day for eating, including snacks and have it all together or wrote down, so you know what you can have, and when. If you can really organize it, maybe you'll be less tempted to have something that isn't so good for ya. Keep up the hard work!! :)
