you know what, it did move. I'm finally seeing a number below 170! thanks for anyone who gave me support because it really helped.

yesterday I wanted to each such bad food. i didn't though, I didn't want to erase any progress just for a quick fix. it felt good. but It's not easy, food is the worst thing for me. And why are carbs so delicious? like really. I have been so good about cutting out pasta and stuff but I feel like all I crave is carbs. I've also stopped my candy intake for the most part.

I can workout no issue. I workout and have been for years now. I'm going heavier I think on this round of 80 day because I actually have all the proper equipment to start. plus my bowflex SelectTech weights are absolutely amazing and worth the price.

I've got 2 weeks until an event in Florida, I hope i can get a little lower on the scale before then. even if I don't record it every day, I have to weigh every day because I find it too easy to ignore the scale if I haven't stepped on it in a while. this way I face it daily but I do realize we go up randomly from water retention and things. trying to not let that affect me.
169.5 lb Lost so far: 7.8 lb.    Still to go: 24.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
