i've only lost 2.6lbs and i've already hit a plateau. :(
Hopefully the cause is the sudden jump in intensity of my work outs. Its either muscle gain or water retention.
If no loss next week, i'm taking my calories back down to 1200-1300
146.4 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 21.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
