Another pound bites the dust! On a regular diet I would have given in and allowed myself to eat a couple Oreos with my kids, I would have ate a few French fries from the Burger King bag on the way home from getting my kids dinner- Hell I would had a burger! It’s soooo much easier to say no on Keto for me. I don’t really want it. Not like before. I mean the fries smelled delicious but not so delicious that it would be worth being kicked out of Ketosis. My friends and family may think I’m crazy but This Sh*t Works on so many levels!
182.8 lb Lost so far: 26.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

yes! I agree whole heartedly! I did binge on some corn dogs Saturday. won't do that again, I was so sick! keep up the great work!

Oh no! I’m so afraid of that happening. Even when I was doing low carb; if I ate a lot of carbs, I’d get so sick the next day. As if I had a hangover

Yes! I had had a really rough day with my 2.5 year old twins and husband being so needy, I didn't really care. Guilty feeling, yes. Did I care, not really. Until about 10 minutes after. LOL However, back to the grind bc I know I will feel better low carbing it up. And, I learned my lesson, big time.
