Just can't get this diet down.. I am at a loss and I am exhausted after my daily chores... I got a workout doing the mowing of the lawn.. The lawnmower has a mind of its own and it has front wheel drive so pulling it backwards gave me my workout..
154.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It is not easy. One foot in front of the other. You have to want it more than the food that is tempting you. In the end you are the only one who can make it work...and you can do it. You just pick yourself up, and keep moving forward. Be forgiving of yourself. It is the only way you can keep the momentum going.
