Finally some progress on the scale. Not sure what the hiatus was all about, but I've been trying to break free from hovering around the same 1-2 pounds for over a week. Very annoying. I hope to never see those numbers again. Time to refocus and get pumped up again (the lack of progress was leading to a bit of give up).

Now...full speed ahead (I pray).
245.8 lb Lost so far: 16.2 lb.    Still to go: 120.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
