I only lost .8 pounds this week. ): That's not even a full pound! I don't know what to do. I was so close to my mini goal, but now I feel like it's going to take forever to get there. I was doing so well, can anyone tell me what happened?!

The point is that you lost weight - not how much! .8 is almost a pound and a pound a week is a great pace for losing weight. It may not meet your personal expectations, but I think you should still be proud!!

Better way to look at it is you lost 8 pounds in a month. Holy Cow! That's great! Don't worry about the boyfriend. He'll be happy to see you no matter what the scale says. Keep it in perspective! Don't be pissed if he doesn't notice your weight loss. Us guys are just happy to see our girlfriends and forget to notice the obvious sometimes.
