Yes! Finally, a 168. I haven't seen one of those since May! Hoping I can keep things in check this weekend so I don't undo everything I've done this week. Weekends are always the hardest...
168.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 12.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
