Diddlee's Journal, 25 May 2018

Nervously stepping on the scale with a feeling of having eaten too much yesterday. Surprised, and feel I need to take note of current formula.

Eating window: 6-7 first hours of the day
Food: Fatty meat, egg yolks, salt and water.
Servings: Small meals often. (Less gut strain)
Exercise: Rowing, bicycle and weights.

Muscles feel recovered today, so I now feel ready to hit the repeat button till my waist has reduced 1+ inch.
187.0 lb Lost so far: 96.8 lb.    Still to go: 10.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
