Well the back pain is back, been off the scooter for a few months now, but I'm back to needing help to walk and get up. how embarrising. I'm taking a long weekend to rest.
256.0 lb Lost so far: 77.0 lb.    Still to go: 56.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
