Yeah... I know...up 3 had a celebratory weekend and crazy week. Back on track now. Going shopping tonight to restock the veggies in the fridge.

194.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 49.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
