I'm still away from home without a scale but I'm logging my food intake as best as I can. Yesterday I was the grill cook at my Grand Daughter's birthday party and I was so busy I did surprisingly well not over eating. I took a short walk towards the mountain before the party and the rest of my steps came from entertaining our guest. I ate under goal but did not meet my daily protein goal and I met all activity goals...
155.4 lb Lost so far: 29.6 lb.    Still to go: 0.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
