I think i can safely say this was a pretty bad week. It was book-ended by visits to cabins and i just don't keep myself in line. I realize i am very blessed right now to be able to manage my time and my environment so i need to take full advantage and jump on it!
193.0 lb Lost so far: 37.0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Ty adefwebserver! I also meant to add that we took pix, and looking at mine, it is the weirdest sensation. I am both shocked at how big i am and at the same time i can tell i look smaller than i was. It is really hard for me to see what i actually look like!

Down a pound sounds like a decent week. And you are aware of how things went so you can prepare for the next trip. I hope you achieve satisfaction with your photos soon!

Ty everyone, i appreciate the support! I an not complaining about a pound lost (although i am pretty sure it will find its way back in the next day or two) it is more that i haven't worked out hardly at all, and my food choices have been junky. I have felt crappy today, and i think all these things may be related! Just need to get into a more virtuous cycle!
