Well done bill! Would you recommend your tanita.. I’ve had 3 duronic scales and the last one now only measures body weight. For my health, I really need to get down my % body fat, which was a massive 50% when I started FS.. and I also , like yourself, retain fluid after some meds/treatments so the numbers are helpful.. I can see tanita model 534 here on amazon for £50.. am considering biting the bullet and buying one.. what do you think? Thanks Have a great Sunday and hope you’ve caught up on some more sleep 😴

Hey thanks so much For your advice Bill.. it’s in my amazon shopping cart for when I get paid.. I’m really working on getting my %body fat down ( it was 48-52% for years), so the right numbers are a real motivator for me.. I got down to 32% before my current scales stopped working, so it’s worth investing a bit more 😉 Yay! #excited!!

Gg, the Hangsun is a less expensive option, won’t compute your metabolic age. Will give you the rest and a caloric intake that you can ‘supposedly eat’ to maintain the weight. You input your age and height. It will do up to 10 preset ‘people.’ I’ve been pretty happy. I think it’s the generic version of Bill’s. LOL 🙋🏻‍♀️

Tanita are a good make, gaelicgal. I've had mine for years and they still weigh accurately (only weigh me though - not all the other fancy things - lol!).
