Well, I'm done my exams!!! That's the good news. I am 1/2 of a lawyer lol. The bad news is that nasty jump on the scale. OUCH. I'm up about 8 lbs from my low point. Why is it that weight is so hard to take off yet SO EASY to put back on? I have to start following my points carefully and watching what I eat. And I promised Salem I would at least "jog" with him in the evenings since I don't have school.
144.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

also the stress of exams can make the scale climb up perhaps that now that your exams are over you will be able to get refocused and also have a lighter stress load.. :)....

If you write down on a piece of paper what you've eaten durring the day, its a HUGE help. It keeps you accountable, and at the very least, you won't forget what you've eaten!! Great news that you've finished your exams - at least for now! Have a great jog tonight!!
