I blame the new scale. Lol.
224.2 lb Lost so far: 9.1 lb.    Still to go: 49.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Actually, a new scale can weigh you differently than the old one. Scales are calibrated differently, so you can blame it on the scale, lol.
