MMmmm... Tastes like... victory. Trail running seems to be the most efficient use of workout time for me. And it's definitely gotten better. While running, I found myself thinking for the first time in my life, "I'm a runner." So, I went to a park called Rockville Hills to go trail running after work yesterday. Typically, it would take a while to get warmed up. This place is virtually all inclines and declines. And I would normally have to stop running and hike up the inclines. But not yesterday. I was able to run and jog every hill. I've never done that. I had the endurance and muscled through it all. It was effing amazing and a huge accomplishment. But I wonder, did I have all that energy from all those carbs I had on Sunday? I think I'll repeat this again later this week after a normal low-carb day and compare. It'll be interesting to see.

Remember...some days you are simply "in the zone" more than others. I find if I'm mentally ready to work HARD than I push through boundaries and it doesn't always correlate to my eating

I have been pretty frustrated lately. Maybe I turned that into energy for the run? Exercising and jamming on the guitar have always been a way to expel and release pent up anger and frustration for me! And thanks, Thynes!

I can't play guitar, so I'm looking for other ways to expel and release pent up frustration...but he wouldn't come over last night. teehehe.

I would guess it had nothing to do with the carbs on sunday man. had you had the carbs the sameday, then possibly. Sounds like the awesome effects of Primal!

Ya, I totally fell off the wagon over the weekend (so worth it). So I knew I had to get that focus back. Don't don't stop til you get enough! Whoo!
