I don't usually log my bloating but figured I should document something this week. Today walked 4 miles over 16,000 steps today. Started my community garden. Some zucchini and carrots for now by seed. Will add cherry tomatoes and kale next week. The city has a community garden with about 10 plots.
198.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
