My weight is the same as yesterday but hopefully it'll be coming down through the week. I got my 2 chickens baked and put up in my freezer-- WHEW! I hope everyone is doing great and not feeling guilty for Mother's Day weekend. Back on the horse:D

OK, I've had my little break, now it's time for my workout and sitting here at my desk is not getting it done so off I go!
208.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 103.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I am feeling great but there is a small amount of guilt...happy you stayed the same thats a bonus after a weekend. I saddled up that horse this morning :)
