Day 2, new job: I went to combat. I brought two apples, two bananas, and two pouches of tuna fish. In the spirit of full disclosure, I did fall prey to chocolate covered cherries from a resident, but I logged them and I moved on. Currently I am having a half of spaghetti squash for my dinner, and I am slightly over my usual 1500 cal. But I’m not double like I was yesterday!

Going to digest the squash and go to the gym tonight with my little four-year-old. Best case scenario is I run a mile and he goes to the top watch program. Anybody else have children who get in the way of their work out routines? My little one has been less than cooperative in the past in the Tat watch program, embarrassing me to tears and thus I have quit going for my treadmill dates. I’m about ready to get back on that horse is well tonight. I hope everyone finds Tuesday is kind
