This week is going to be challenging. I'll be traveling, and I find it so much more difficult to eat healthy foods when traveling. I'm going to pack SlimFast in my carry-on to cover breakfasts in the hotel, and I'm going to pack some workout clothes so I can meet my walking commitment on the treadmill at the hotel. In summary, I will not abandon hope but will endeavor to persevere.
165.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
