signing up for my second job was the best idea i ever had! i run around non stop and am not home at night to snack and it's a very satisfying feeling to work so hard doing physical labor and then come home and pass out....way better than being a hamster on a wheel at the gym :)
225.8 lb Lost so far: 47.2 lb.    Still to go: 35.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
