I have stuck to a 15-16-hour fast period over the past several days and I've maintained a significant calorie deficit each day. Even though my carbs have been outta control, I've still lost half a pound! I don't understand it, but I'm not questioning it, either!
215.5 lb Lost so far: 69.5 lb.    Still to go: 47.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
